Molasses Apple Crisp

1/3 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup sifted flour

6 medium tart apples

1/3 cup Fancy Molasses

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter, add brown sugar and flour gradually. Mixture will crumble. Pare and slice apples in a buttered 1 qt. casserole, dribble Fancy Molasses over apples along with cinnamon and salt. Crumble flour mixture over apples. Bake at 350oF for 30 min. Serve with ice cream.
