Baked Sliced Ham With Pineapple

2 tbsp. Fancy Molasses

2 tsp. prepared mustard

2 tsp. vinegar

1 inch thick sliced ham

1/2 cup water

Pineapple slices

 

Mix Fancy Molasses, mustard and vinegar. Spread this mixture over the ham in a baking dish. Gently pour water around ham and bake at 325°F until tender (about 45 min).  Place pineapple on ham and return to oven until lightly browned.
